I want to welcome you to Southwest District Health's website. It is designed not only to bring you information about the public health services we provide to the residents of the six Southwest Idaho counties on a daily basis, but also give you access to the latest in news releases and articles of public health interest and importance.

Among these pages you will find a brief explanation of programs and information on how to access our services like septic system permits and inspections, water quality and testing, food establishment licensing and inspections, as well as personal health services such as communicable disease investigation, reporting and treatment, breast and cervical cancer screening, family planning, and childhood and adult immunizations. Nutritional counseling and services like the national Women's, Infant's, and Children's (WIC) nutritional supplement and counseling services are also highlighted. Also, you'll find schedules of clinic and screening program times and locations as well as community health education services and activities.

Check out our Network of Care site by clicking on the logo on the left side of this page. The Network of Care web portal provides access to a robust and up-to-date data warehouse of health information for individuals, families, and agencies concerned with their personal health or the health of their community.

It is our intent to make this a truly useful tool and source of information for you, our customer. To that end, just "click" on Questions to see how you can e-mail us your questions or give us suggestions on how we can improve our services to you or improve this website service.
